As the Managing Partner of Driscoll Johnson Consulting & Diversity LLC, Stephen specializes in senior level executive searches in Life Sciences and Diversity across many verticals. His practices at Driscoll Johnson cover Executive Search engagements on a primarily retained basis in the following areas within Life Science: CEO CMO CFO CSO CIO / MD and MD/PhD’s in Drug Safety, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs / MD’s, Pharm D’s and PhD’s in Clinical Operations / Regulatory Affairs / and PhD’s in Pre-Clinical.
Stephen has close to 23 years of experience conducting executive search assignments with BioTech, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies of all sizes. He and his organization have developed a comprehensive “rolodex” of the most qualified and sought after diverse talent in the industry. Prior to establishing Driscoll-Johnson Stephen ran two divisions (Diversity as well as Life Sciences) for a larger national Search Firm. Before that he was the Vice President of Life Sciences and M&A for Power Industry Consultants for five years. All of Stephens work experience has been in Executive Search except for his first four years out of college when he served his country as an officer in the U.S. Army.
Stephen currently lives in Orlando Florida and serves in a volunteer consulting capacity for Clean The World, where he is helping to develop their corporate partner program.
